SubNook
An assistant that keeps your subscriptions and recurring payments in one place and reminds you of renewals, trial endings and price rises in time. No bank connection, no account.
Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, iCloud, electricity, internet… SubNook gathers all your subscriptions and recurring payments in one list, shows your monthly total and tells you when a renewal or a trial ending is coming up. It also notices when a service raises its price.
It never asks for access to your bank account or passwords. Add popular services from the built-in catalog in seconds, or import them in bulk from a screenshot of your store subscriptions screen.
Highlights
Add in three seconds
Popular services come with their plans and current prices in the built-in catalog. If yours isn't there, add it yourself; any cycle of N days, weeks, months or years and variable bills are supported.
Import from a screenshot
Give it a screenshot of your App Store or Google Play subscriptions screen; SubNook reads the text on your device and adds the subscriptions in bulk. You can also send a bill e-mail or PDF from the share menu.
Reminds you before it renews
Notifications 7, 3 and 1 day before a payment or trial ending, at the time you choose. Tap it and the subscription opens, with a Cancel / Manage link at the top.
Catch price rises
When a catalog service changes its price, SubNook notices it on your device and asks whether you want to update the amount in your list.
Your monthly total, in your currency
Weekly, monthly and yearly payments are turned into a monthly equivalent, and dollar and euro subscriptions are converted to your main currency at the daily rate. Yearly projection, payments in the next 30 days and a category breakdown.
Widgets and shortcuts
Your next payment and this month's total on the home screen, and your next payment on the iPhone lock screen too, with the amount hidden. On iPhone, ask Siri and Shortcuts “How much am I paying this month?”; on Android, add or import quickly with app shortcuts.

Where your subscription data stays
Your subscription data never reaches our servers; we don't have any. Subscriptions, amounts, notes and dates are stored on your device. You don't create an account, and no bank connection or password is asked for; screenshots and bills are read on your device.
If you turn on cloud backup (Pro), your data goes to your own iCloud or Google Drive account, not to us. The app downloads the catalog and exchange rates; purchases are handled by RevenueCat and crash reports by Firebase Crashlytics. No ads or tracking, and Firebase Analytics is not used.
